I’ve heard that when people is in a bad mood or having trouble, some bad spirit will appear on their body and keep increasing, so we will doing exercise, eat something spicy, or take a sauna, then the higher temperature will let the bad spirit away and decrease the pressure. So don’t always dwell on something bad, it just make you getting more worry, how can your life go on if you even can’t take a breath ~ Then you will be regret in the future.
