The #frekamask I’ve received as a gift to take care of my throat, I’ll use it every every day, Thank you~~ You can replace the filter, the fabric is soft, even though it’s a mask, it feels luxurious; there’s lots of fine dust and I talk a lot and meet people so I really needed it. For a couple of months, it’s been off season-like, taking care of my eating while performing haha A healthy diet I started 3 days ago. I mix almond milk and Damil at breakfast and dinner, and lunch (potatoes or sweet potatoes, a piece of chicken breast with celery and tomato) started -4kg !! We’ve got pretty and healthily 🤗🤗 #kallobydamil
