Lately I’ve been searching and eating everything related to dieting and testing them myself, but after all I consider that if you drink water well and even work out, you don’t get results and you get constipated ㅠㅠ What I’m holding in my hand is a diet supplement a friend told me about, called #nubelle, which you take once before sleeping, and I’ve already seen results. I believe that the most important point of dieting is eliminating body waste & blood circulation !
