The feeling of becoming a vegetable from E-Mart 🍅🍆 • #cryotherapy Which I’ve tried to recharge my energy after an important shoot. I invested in myself to do it 2 times a week for 3 minutes !!!! You gotta try Cryotherapy regularly 😚 The temperature is -130 degrees. This setting of extremely low temperatures is colder than I imagined, but since I don’t feel like that long, for 3 minutes … I can do it ♥
