Appetite that doesn’t stop when feeling stressed 🤪 When I was young, I used to relieve stress by eating bread, snacks and especially chocolate..🍫🍩🍪 Lately I’ve been having sweet lattes with chocolate milk and milk tea like water, so much sugar.. I worried my health would worsen, so 3 days ago I replaced sweet things !! With water or barley tea, more so for my health, not to lose weight. Aja aja, while having All Done, I’m glad I can lose weight too, aja aja 💙 #alldone
